Is customs clearance in Conakry really included?

Yes, for personal effects and everyday goods. Large commercial shipments may be subject to additional duties; we always let you know beforehand.

How is the air freight price calculated?

We charge per kilo on the higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000). This is the standard air freight rule: a light but very bulky box takes up more space on the plane.

What happens if the actual weight differs from my estimate?

Your parcel is weighed at the warehouse. If there is a difference, we send you a link to pay the balance, or we refund any overpayment.

Which items are prohibited?

Lithium batteries not installed in a device, flammable liquids, aerosols, weapons, narcotics, counterfeits, cash. The full list is on our 'Prohibited items' page.

How is my recipient notified?

After payment, you can send them the tracking link on WhatsApp in one click. You also receive an email at every step, right up to delivery.

How do I label my parcels?

After payment, print your labels: one per parcel, with your reference, the recipient and a tracking QR code. Stick them flat on top of the parcel.
